If your team chooses to collect donations in lieu of paying the registration fee, please create your team page on the Montreal Children’s Hospital secure web site:   SBST

Send the link for your team’s page to work colleagues, family, and friends and ask them to support your team.  Donors receive an income tax receipt within a few minutes of making a donation and you can track your team’s progress instantly.

WAIVER:

All players must sign the official waiver before the start of the first game and handed in to the Division Co-ordinator:   Waiver and Release form
