Fee:                  $350 per golfer  OR  $1,250 per foursome  (includes brunch, green fee, cart and dinner)
Dinner only:      $125  **

** Note:  tax receipts will be issued through the Montreal Children’s Hospital, as follows:

Golfers:           $150.00
Dinner only:     $50.00 
Donations:        100%

• Registration: 9:00 a.m.
• Brunch: 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
• Shotgun start (Vegas): 11:30 a.m.
• Cocktail in lounge: 4:30 p.m.   (includes a glass of wine or beer, peanuts, pretzels, chips)
• Dinner: 6:00 p.m.
