A fundraiser at Costco Pointe Claire in 2003 was held by the ladies of the Kirkland Ladies Softball League, led by Diane Moser. Thanks to their efforts, and the support of Costco manager Agee Filiponne and assistant manager Anik Hansen, $3,759.00 was collected.
