Donations can be collected online.   Please contact us if you would like a team fundraising page:  we will gladly create a page on the Montreal Children’s Hospital secure web site for any teams wishing to have their registration fees waived in lieu of paying a registration fee.

Send the link for your team’s page to work colleagues, family, and friends and ask them to support your team. Donors receive an income tax receipt within a few minutes of making a donation and you can track your team’s progress instantly.

WAIVER:

All players must sign the official waiver before the start of the tournament:   Waiver and Release

Note that the form for signing the waiver will be available only up to 4 p.m. on the day the tournament starts.
